Claim your handle

Pick your @handle (like @yourname). This becomes your public booking page: lvl2.dev/@yourname. Clients go there to book you — no app download needed on their end.

Connect Google Calendar

One tap in settings. This syncs your existing calendar so LVL2 knows when you're busy. If you used Vagaro, Acuity, or any other service that writes to Google Calendar — those events are automatically imported. Nothing disappears.

Set your hours & deposit

Tell us when you work (your weekly schedule) and how much you charge as a deposit. Clients pick from your open time slots and pay the deposit before they can confirm. No more no-shows.

Drop your link & start booking

Replace the link in your Instagram/TikTok bio with your LVL2 booking page. That's it. When someone wants to book you, they go to your page, fill out the intake form, pick a time, and pay. You just approve or decline from the app.

Pro tip: You can keep your old booking link active while you transition. LVL2 reads your calendar either way, so there's no conflict. Swap when you're ready.

Your clients don't need to download anything. They just visit your link and book. Here's the flow:

  • 2They choose "Custom Tattoo" or pick from your Flash gallery — then fill out the intake form with placement, size, color preference, and reference images.
  • 3You review the request in the app and approve or decline. If approved, they get a link to pick a time and pay the deposit.

Will I lose my existing appointments?

No. LVL2 connects to your Google Calendar. Every event that's already there stays exactly where it is. We read your calendar to avoid double-booking — we never delete or move anything.

Do my clients need to download an app?

Nope. They just visit your booking page in their browser — it works on any phone or computer. The app is only for you (the artist) to manage bookings.

What if I still want to book some people manually?

Totally fine! If you add an event to your Google Calendar manually, LVL2 sees it and blocks that time off automatically. You can mix and match however you want.

How does the deposit work?

You set your deposit amount (e.g., $50). When a client picks a time, they pay the deposit through Stripe checkout. The money goes directly to your connected Stripe account. No middleman holding your cash.

What does it cost me?

LVL2 is free to start. We charge a small booking fee on each transaction — way less than what most platforms take. Check out our pricing page for details.

Can I use LVL2 alongside my current booking system?

Yes! Since everything syncs through Google Calendar, you can run LVL2 alongside Vagaro, Acuity, or whatever you use now. When you're ready to go all-in, just change the link in your bio.
